Is to provide soccer players of all ages the appropriate level of play and training in a supportive environment where skills for soccer are developed alongside skills for life. Our goal is to promote the game of soccer by providing a positive learning atmosphere, where players can achieve their full potential in the development of their technical, tactical, physical and mental skills, regardless of skill and ability.

Soccerforkids believes in advancing equity, diversity and inclusion in all facets of our club. Real change is seldom easy to achieve, and it requires strong, intentional leadership supported by the open participation and wisdom of many. While we acknowledge persistent disparities in our society based on characteristics such as race, gender, national origin, ethnicity, culture, disability, age, faith, gender identity and sexual orientation – together with barriers imposed by poverty – we are committed to working towards a more inclusive, healthy, thriving, sustainable community.
Effort - Sacrifice: Effort is what allows us to achieve everything we want. It is key and indispensable to achieve any goal that we set ourselves. Someone once said that things are really worth what it costs to get them.
Work: Carry out the task with enthusiasm, responsibility, commitment and a lot of dedication
Resilience: Ability to overcome adversity. Tenacity is of the utmost importance to see a dream come true.
Commitment: Being fully committed to our goals and objectives. Focusing on these is how best results are achieved and if they do not arrive, it will leave us calm having done everything necessary.
Will: It is the power to direct our actions towards the objectives that we propose. The will is closely related to the personality. It is like a reward that is expected after having done something. Train hard and push yourself to achieve important things.
Humility: Being rooted in the earth, the mother of everything, the origin of life and therefore of the sense of reality.
Fellowship: Always think of my co-worker and teammate, think at all times of the team-group over personal interests. I have to carry out the task knowing that I have someone next to me who is willing to give the same as me for a common goal, and that same feeling my partner has to feel about me.
Passion: You have to feel passion for what you do. If you do not have passion for what you do, you will never have good results.
Respect: To coexist in a team or group, respect is fundamental since all the members cannot think in the same way and feel the same, we have to know how to share moments and situations from dissent.
Winning mentality: Always think positively and know that there is the possibility of achieving the objectives that we have set ourselves as teams. Never give up, it is one of the most important keys to success.
Give the maximum: We have to focus on giving the maximum of our potential, this is what gives us the peace of mind of knowing that we did the best that was within our reach.
