Proof of Age
To participate in the SAYS Soccer Program, proof of age must be
verified. Proof may be verified with a birth certificate, passport,
or government issued identification card.
Refund
Policy If you register and your child does not play - for whatever reason - you may request a partial refund (amount paid minus a $35 service
charge) up to the start of the first game of the season. Refunds
will not be given after the first practice of the season.
Bounced Checks
All returned checks are payable by money order or cash and will
include the returned check fee charged by our bank.
